These shoes have great support, great fit, and I love the look. Overall I'm very happy with them as my weight training shoes for the gym. However, even though they appear to be made of breathable material, they make your feet very warm quickly. It's almost like wearing solid leather shoes but I purposely buy workout shoes that allow some air to circulate around my feet since exercising already raises your body temp.
