Shoe fits true to size (Men's US 9) and feels great. Light, very grippy, and I think just looks great. I rated durability as a 5 based on previous Adidas shoes I've had but it's too early for this to accurately reflect this shoe's durability. Overall, excellent shoes out of the box.

Did an Olympic Trail Triathalon in these. The trail run was 6.2 miles of extremely rocky and root terrain. No slipping and no blisters. They gripped the trail great and were very comfortable. No signs of wear when done racing.

The Adidas Terrex has a good design and quality materials, but in my case, I ordered a size 8.5, which is what I usually wear, but it turned out to be too big for me. So, I ended up giving them to a family member. I'll probably buy another pair, but in size 8.

After trying two pairs of the heavier duty AX4, I settled on these Soulstrides for their feather-light weight, solid ankle/foot support and secure grip on rough, rocky surfaces. Great for runs and walks on the uneven, decomposed granite and sedimentary rock surfaces of the local trails. Update: Following three weeks of on and off use, I bought a second pair.
