Got these when they were on sale for $60 roughly. I was on the market for water proof shoes to handle the super wet late winters we have here in ID. Was especially excited that they had a EE in my size. I wear these almost daily, they stay clean easily, the look great, and they’re comfortable. I wasn’t expecting this level of quality and am ecstatic at how solid they’ve been so far. I’ll test them on trails once the snow melts the rest of the way; but I fully believe they’ll hold up just fine.

Usually companies take a perfectly good shoe and completely redesign it every few years, thereby ruining it. Adidas had a novel idea: Change the look and keep everything that was good - great support, firm and solid sole, nonslip rubber, GoreTex. There is just one major change to note: This version has conventional laces which are slightly more trouble than the old quick laces but more reliable when tight. I had 3 pairs of the old model and for practical purposes this is the 4th. Love these shoes - thanks Adidas. Edited after weeks of wearing: This shoe is actually too firm out of the box - the soles are hard as a rock. I recommend a Spenco insert to soften the ride. You may need a bigger size to ensure the insole doesn’t squeeze your foot.

Before the pandemic I purchased two pairs of these one in Black, one in Gray I took both pads with me to China the first year I went They are simply the best all-around walking shoe I found out there. I subsequently use them five summers in a row while I toured all over China I clocked thousands of miles traveling around. Seen all the major sites went to at least 30 different cities over those 5 years These the only shoes I brought with me. They're waterproof lightweight breathable I hiked. I wore them out to dinner. They were just the best shoes ever. I cannot say enough about them. I bought two other pairs and everyone comments on how they look. They look like how they look

Ordered my regular shoe size of men's 10 wide.I should've ordered at least a 10.5 and the wide is not that. These companies making sneakers need to standardize their sizing methods. If I buy Redwing boots, I buy 10 EE and they fit perfectly. If I buy Nike, I have to buy 11 EEEE. C'mon you guys! You can do better.

I was looking for a winter sneaker that was dressy enough for work and could handle New York City winter and significant city walking (13k steps day). My pair have survived a winter and kept my feet warm and comfortable even in light snow and serious freezing temps NB I always wore woolen socks. They are not water proof so do not expect this, they are resistant and even when wet still keep your feet warm. I have walked a lot in these and they have held together even though I have worn down the soles quite a lot, Biggest and really only issue for me is the laces are terrible, just put in new ones at the beginning and don't even try to put up with these flimsy nonsense ones that come with the shoes.

Took me almost two weeks to break in and it was a pain, and size runs a little too big, I normally wear 12.5's however this show seemed a little too big for me, still going to rock them until they are destroyed but only gripes are runs a tad too big, and takes a minute to break in.
