These shoes run narrow. I have wide feet and when I bought my normal size, they were just too tight at the toes for my feet to expand naturally while running. I returned my initial pair for one a half-size larger, which fits much better at the toes, but now the heel is loose. Tying them more tightly to keep from running out of them is a little uncomfortable and I'm trying to work that part out. I did step out of one of my shoes during a game with no one around me when I made a sudden change of direction. I bought the shoe to play indoor soccer/baseball. They look good enough to wear around to get some groceries too. I have wide feet (usually wear 9s, but went with 9.5s for this), and it definitely fits a little narrow. After about a week of break-in, it's definitely a lot more comfortable. The arch support feels a little weird (I have flat feet), but you can get used to it. ... show more

UPDATE: Finally retiring them after 3 years of almost daily wear. They’ve been on hikes, many 6 mile walk/jog commutes to work, weight lifting, various other not gentle activities. Finally noticed today that I’ve worn through the sole and you can see through the heel to the insole. Goodbye, faithful, tough-as-hell friend. Just ordered another pair 5 minutes ago. First review: I've been wearing the same pair almost daily for over two years now and am just now considering replacing them. I have not been easy on them. I've taken them on many 3-5 mile runs, powerlifted, and completed many, many manual labor tasks in them. And, of course, all the usual walking around. 100/100 for durability. One thing to note, these were almost a non-starter for me when I first got them, I was getting a ridiculous pain in my inner arch whenever I wore them. I've had these for a couple years, then recently I noticed this shoe had become a trend. Here's what's ironic though anyone who wore this shoe after this trend ended was basic. I was sitting here questioning wearing these because I would probably get called a trendhopper. My old pair was scuffed up from day to day wear which includes soccer, school,style, and practically everything else it was very versatile, so I decided to buy the same shoe but in black. It was my first time buying a shoe from Amazon and it definitely won't be the last! I highly recommend especially if you like this style of shoes. ... show more
