so, i have read many mixed reviews about these sneakers, and i have always loved sambas and have owned a few pairs in my life and never really had too many problems with them.... just got these today and already went out in them, and they feel very comfortable.... at first without socks, they were squeaking a bit, but when i put socks on it stopped.... the tounges were pretty big, but i cut them down a bit so they dont rub against my ankles.... overall so far, im really happy with these sneakers and im sure everything will be fine.... i dont know about anybody else, but i find no problems with this particular sneaker at all...... thanks again adidas for still making these awesome shoes!!...... ... show more

I was nervous to make this purchase online and from another country, especially without being able to try them on. The men's to women's sizing conversion (man 8 / women 7) made me very suspicious. I liked these except for the crazy long tongue. Not sure why it has to be that long, but it wasn't for me. I ended up returning these and buying the Gazelle which I LOVE. Very similar but with a more normal length tongue. They were otherwise very comfortable.

I love the look, gum sole, long tongue. I'm usually a 7.5 or 8 womens in vans I went with a men's 7 for a looser fit, i don't have a supper narrow foot. Good quality, shipped nicely. Good support

i ordered the wrong size, but the shoe is great. It was suggested that I wear a 6.5 for a women's 8, but it was still too large. After trying a kids size 6, the shoe fits, but the longer tongue in the men's shoe was cut in half for the kids and rubs my ankle the wrong way. If you're looking for sizing, kids starting from 1 runs all the way to the largest men's size. Kids size ends at 6 and men's starts at 6.5. ... show more
