I found these to run a bit large; in sneakers I usually wear 6 1/2-7M (in regular shoes I am 5 1/2). Originally I ordered a 6 which were too large but I like them so much I immediately exchanged them for a size 5 1/2 which are PERFECT! I had not worn Adidas since I ran my first marathon at age 35 (I'm 76 now); I wore these straight out of the box for the entire day and LOVE them. Did I say I LOVE THEM??! I’d strongly agree with other reviews that these run big. I’m a true size 8 in all shoes. The size 7.5 in red were $53 and the size 8 red were $80 so I crossed my fingers and ordered the 7.5 and they fit perfect with plenty of wiggle room in the toes. The laces are stiff and do not stay tied but that’s fine. I also would not use these as running shoes but they are very cute and comfy everyday shoes. ... show more

These are pretty nice. Comfortable. I would rate the level of cushioning and support about a 8. It's not lacking at all, but also not like a running shoe.
