Initially, I really wanted to returned them. If you are used to wearing lightweight running shoes on a regular basis, these require some adapting since the soles are much thicker and harder. When I first put them on and walked around the house, my wife asked me if I was trying to be funny because the shoes made so much noise on our tile floors. After wearing them for a while, they do feel more comfortable. Not sure they could actually be used for basketball but they do have a nice retro design. Also, please be aware the uppers are synthetic rather than real leather.
