I'm between a 10.5 and 11.0 depending on whether the shoe runs narrow and whether I plan to wear it with double socks. I have an average foot width (medium). this shoe is just a slight bit narrow -- not much. I went with a size 11.0, and there was a bit of up-and-down movement at the heel, like another reviewer mentioned... a very small amount of movement in my case, though. with a double sock, it a snug, perfect fit like you would want while doing something active/athletic. btw, the canvas is a thick canvas --maybe 2x/3x thicker than retro converse high tops. hope this helps. ... show more
