What I like about these shoes there are comfortable and they have the Boost in the back to give you that extra jump the tractions are nice. There are a couple of things about this shoe you may not like they do have pull tabs for you to put your shoe in but this shoe does have a tight fit so anyone who is disabled it will not be the shoe for you. Mainly because it has a tight fitted where you have to pull the tongue in the back of the shoe in order to put your foot in it is a well locked down shoe but the problem is with the shoes yeah don't really even need laces that's how locked down there are Adidas could have made this a laceless shoe like Nike did with their one shoes. I will say once I get these to loosen up I might put back in the shoelaces another problem I have with these shoes even though it has well padded ankle support in them the net on the back of the shoe will make your feet hot and sweaty these shoes do fit true to size but for me I like just a little bit more room for my feet when it comes to basketball shoes so I got a half size up. All around I will probably give these a good 6 out of 10 they're not the greatest but they're not that bad either like I said the lockdown and the traction really works I've been playing Indies for a minute and even without the laces my foot still locked down it was a workout getting them on and taking them off that's how locked down these shoes are I hope this help for people who want to get the Tre Young's 2 ... show more

I have been lifting for years and always struggled with moves like squats and lunges due to my feet placement (and how it affects my leg movement and stability). Over that time I have tried many shoes, tried lifting barefoot, tried barefoot shoes, wedging a towel under different parts of my foot, etc. Nothing worked, until I tried these!!!!!! I admit when I first put them on, they felt like big tanks, they are a bit clunky. And honestly, I did not think they were that attractive looking but my interest wasn't aesthetics, it was practicality. So, I gave them the test and did a full heavy lifting workout and WOW! So much stability, I did movements better than I ever have. I am sooooo thrilled!!!! May sound ridiculous but after 5-6 weeks lifting with them, I have actually seen my thigh muscle definition improve and I believe it is because I can do the movements so much better now. I have worn these also for short conditioning workouts and walking, and while they are fine for that, other shoes are better suited if those are your only or primary goals. But if you are looking for a good shoe for lifting, CrossFit, etc., I would suggest giving these a whirl! ... show more

I've had the Reebok Nano, the Nike Metcon, and now these shoes. I can tell you these are more stable than the other two, I think they look better, and they are more comfortable for my foot. There is a LOT of heel support (not arch support...HEEL support) which I LOVE. My foot feels SO secure in these shoes. They would not be great for running or jogs longer than 1 mile. If you will be doing a lot of that in your workouts, go with the Nano. But if you spend most of your time with weights, these are your shoes! Great job adidas. ... show more
