Thin, easy to tear, crisp stabilizer. A consistent, firm, dense, wet laid non woven clean tear away. This is a premium grade containing silicone lubricants to promote needle glide. Ployester and Cellulose. Can be hooped to sew on variety of fabrics such as jeans, polyester, cotton and heavy garments. It can hold up to 5000 stitches per layer and can be mixed in a sandwich with the invisible mesh to create a superstable environment. If you have to use many layers then switch to higher grade. Available in different sizes: - 12" x 10 yards roll (White/Black) - 15" x 25 yards roll (White/Black) Most popular and most used tear away. It is pure white and very soft as it contains more polyester. The 1.8 oz soft tear is a premium grade containing lubricants to promote needle glide. All types of applications and a wide variety of item and fabrics where a stable environment holds up to 10,000 stitches. Clean adhesive tear away with a very needle friendly formula for hoopless and clamp type applications. Made of Polyester and Cellulose. Perfect for jobs like CD Cases, Cooler Tops, Heavy Towels or Blankets, Collars and Cuffs, Socks and Heavy Jackets or anything that is difficult to hoop. Available in different sizes: - 8" x 25 yards roll (White) - 12" x 10 yards roll (White) - 12" x 25 yards roll (White) - 20" x 25 yards roll (White) Begin by placing a piece of Superpunch adhesive peel into the embroidery frame with the release paper side facing up. Score the surface of the release paper to create perforations that will help with removal later on. Peel back the release paper to expose the sticky adhesive surface. Carefully position your item to be embroidered on the adhesive surface and smooth out any wrinkles or bumps. Embroider your design. Once you've completed your stitching, gently remove any excess stabilizer by tearing it away from the design. For Superpunch adhesive peel stabilizers that are labeled press and wash, and spray the item with water to dissolve the stabilizer residue. This will eliminate any leftover stabilizer and leave your design looking clean and professional. Cut away stabilizer must be removed by cutting it away and the rest behind the stitch will remain on the fabric for the life of the design. Cut away stabilizer is considered the most stable stabilizer. It is typically recommended for unstable and stretchy fabric such as knits and high-stitch count design. If your project requires no traces of the stabilizer to be left after embroidery, you must use a wash away stabilizer. The strength of support offered by a wash away stabilizer is significantly less than cut away or tear away stabilizers. Wash away embroidery stabilizer is recommended for lightweight fabric and Free Standing Lace. Fusible Iron On stabilizer has a side with shiny coating which can be ironed to the wrong side to the fabric, so it can be fix to the fabric without a hoop. Using Fusible Iron On stabilizer will prevent stretching of the fabric during the hooping process. No Show Mesh is also a kind of cutaway embroidery stabilizer which will remain forever fixed to your fabric but it is sheer and semi-transparent which is not for very heavy design. It is extremely soft for baby garment and some fabric when soft is a very important consideration.
