Grossly under sized. I usually wear a 3x and I sized up to a 4x in case it would be too small. It was still very much too small. Ordered the pants petite and atleast 6 inches of extra fabric at the bottom of the legs that touched the ground. Scratchy fabric, maybe would have been better if washed with some fabric softener, but I didn't even try because they were unacceptable from the beginning and I can not wear them for work because of the sizing and length issues.

I ordered this scrub set in the size the chart said I should despite reviews saying it doesn't fit like the chart says. Besides the length I think it fits my perfectly, but I always expect pants to be too long on me. I'm a vet tech and I find the scrubs to be pretty good at resisting liquid and ok at resisting hair, depending on the patient. I think they're comfortable and love the color. My only real complaint is that they're missing pockets on the pants. The only feature on the pants is a single back pocket. No front pockets or left back pocket. It's not a huge deal for me due to the way I use my scrubs Ina GP clinic but it's definitely something that I can see being an instant purchase killer for most people.

I first ordered a large as this is the size I typically wear in shirts. When the large was received and I tried it on it was way too small that I couldn't lower my arms fully without stretching the shirt, which has no elastic in the neck/chest area to accommodate that. I then ordered a 2XL and when it arrived, the top was simultaneously too tight in the shoulders/chest area but loose and flappy in length and the neck. The pants were exceedingly too large. I am an average sized adult male at 5'11" and am not barrel chested. I am unsure why the shirt was still too tight and yet the pants way too large.
