The scrub material is great, soft and holds up after a wash and I do appreciate the stretchy pants leg at the bottom. My only comment in regards to the fit is that the calves are fairly tight, so if you are the type of person, who has a thicker calf, your leg might not fit quite well. I'm 5'7 and 140 lbs, I ordered size S and the calf region was tighter than expected, but other than that. Great quality product. Great pants however my cycling calfs were a bit too big for a size small. Ordered a Small-tall and I'm 5'9 150lbs, other than the lower legs being too tight they fit great. Going to exchange for a size M.

Man! They're comfortable, light weight, baggy enough to layer with leggings underneath for those situations, and they are actually long enough. I cannot stress enough how many products say they come in talls but don't! I'm a tall, athletic/curvy frame and they fit! Even with stuff in my pockets!
