Im 5’8 about 170, i purchased a small. The length is just right (if there was an option for TALL i would’ve chosen that but no complaints lol) I would say that the scrubs are true to size however, if you want more of a tight fitted look then size down; i could’ve went down to an Xs. The pants are more of a loosed fit and the material feels good, only the back of waistband is stretchy. The shirt has a bit of stretch to it so again if you want more fitted then size down (if you’re bottom heavy then do not size down) On a scale of 1-10 ill give the quality of the scrubs an 8, they seem to feel very durable against multiple washes material wise and color retainment. Love the scrubs but if you usually wear a small in other clothing XXS is the way to go with these scrubs. I got a small and it fits me like a large.

They are thinner than some brands but its still decent. It has a couple zip pockets which I like to hold my key for my locker at work. Very comfortable and enough room for me to wear sweatpants or leggings underneath. I work night shift at a hospital and it gets really cold from 1am-4am. I bought 3 sets. The scrubs are good, but being 5'2", the pants were really long even being rolled at the waist. Not knowing what I am walking in at work, I do not want my pants dragging the floor at all. Ive bought several, they are great, true to size, good fabric. I only had a problem with the wine color scrubs, that one stained my lab coat and some other items, dont wash or use with another clothing item.
