The packaging was absolutely trash. Whoever thought using clear packaging tape on glass bottles was a good idea was wrong x’s 10. My last order came wrapped in bubble wrap and it was perfect. The product is great. The packaging…mmm, not so much.

The water is delicious and for that I give it 5 stars. I love Evian and have been faithful to it for decades, but I'm guilty over the plastic bottles. I finally decided to to try Panna and it's smooth and wonderful. The problem? Each bottle comes individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Why? I don't know
. Just pack it like Topo Chico, Pellegrino or any other glass bottled product. Please.

As stated on the tittle for the price i definitely expected more, this water i believe has a little too much alkaline and not enough sweet fresh flavor to it, it definitely lacks freshness, but i must be fair as always with my comments and remind you that it does come all the way from Italy so we mus
t keep that on consideration. Other than that i must add the fact that it is indeed better than a few of the most known brands we have here in the US, so if you’re like me and you love water i do recommend you giving it a try

Very careless packaging, seriously affect the use of experience

Rough with the transparent glue directly wrapped together the water bottle, which led me to try to take out any bottle from a circle of transparent glue always in the transparent glue ripped off the packaging on the bottle.

It Was Good But I Had Only One Problem. One Bottle Was Broken And It Was Hard Taken Out The Rest Of Bottles. Me And My Lil Son Also Got Cuts From It Being On The Glass Bottles. He Wanted To Help And I Saw Shattered Glass At The Last Minute. But The Water Itself Is Great I Love It.
