The media could not be loaded. Spring is here, it rains a lot here in Florida. Decided to buy this huge umbrella. This is a huge umbrella, windproof designs works too. This is my first umbrella that does not have any metals, its plastic and the shaft Looks like a graphite/carbon fiber . Price is looks reasonable. Overall im very happy with the purchase. I’ve had the umbrella for a week and I’m very satisfied with the umbrella. I was very excited to see that it came with a caring sleeve with a strap. Unfortunately today, the handle came off the sleeve which was a huge disappointment as I really enjoyed caring the umbrella over my shoulder using the handle and sleeve. The carrying sleeve with the attached strap is made of the same material as the umbrella itself. I’m hoping the actual umbrella lasts longer!?!? I’ll update this review as more time passes and I have a chance to get a feel for how it is handling normal every day you switch in this rainy weather happening in California. Updating my review, the seller contacted me and promptly sent out a replacement expedited shipping at no charge. They stand by their product which is wonderful... We can’t be perfect, it’s how we address the issues and they have done so thus far... ... show more

Very well made product and GREAT customer service!Had an issue with the umbrella being a little hard to latch when closed.The day after I received the product,there customer service contacted me to get feedback.I mentioned the latch being a little hard to close and they immediately replied they would send me a new one.I did not request a new umbrella,they were just very pro active and sent out a new one.Very refreshing putting the customer first!I think this umbrella will function and last for a very long time.Would buy again and recommend them to anyone. ... show more

An umbrella that's perfect for rainy reason! The umbrellas that we have are fairly small, barely enough for one person, very glad that my husband had ordered this extra large one for us. Our family of three totally fit under it and neither of our shoulders are getting wet! It is a bit on the heavy side, but all moms are trained to do everything with one hand, I was able to hold my daughter in one and hold this umbrella with another, no problem :) ... show more

Our son started kindergarten and there were a number of rainy days at the bus stop. Our old, small umbrella just wan't cutting it for keeping everyone dry. We bought this umbrella in hopes that it would be better at the job an umbrella is supposed to do - keep you dry. It far exceeded our expectations! I usually don't write reviews but BEGALO is a company that takes care of their customers . I bought this umbrella back September of 2018. First impression, the umbrella is built solid for it's price. I had it in windy conditions (15-20 mph winds) and it never budged, it held strong. I coach Cross Country and Track during the Fall and Spring season, the seasons that we (Ohio) have the most rain. Taking that into consideration, I had about 5-6 months of good use until this year's Cross Country season (2019) the plastic of the lock broke (see attached photos). It can still lock, but after a while I will not be surprised if it completely breaks off. In which at that point, I will not be able to lock the umbrella at all. I messaged BEGALO to see if I will be able to get a replacement of the umbrella and they messaged me back saying that they will be able to and they apologized that I received a defective one. TL;DR Solid umbrella for its price, it's made well. Mine was unfortunately defective but BEGALO will be sending me a replacement. They care about their customers and that's what matters ... show more

I use this product exclusively for golf - primarily for shade and on rare occasion inclement weather. I attach the umbrella to my push-cart so it was important to find an umbrella that was large, lightweight, and had proper wind venting so it did not put too much stress on the cart umbrella holder. This checks all the boxes with a soft handle that fits ClicGear and Sunmountain carts, is light weight and has proper venting. In complete downpours it more than covered myself and my bag until the weather passed.
