What I received was an original OEM part. For my 1999 Chevy S10 it fit perfectly, functioned flawlessly and took just 5 minutes to install. I found this part in the local part stores for 50 to 100% more money so I received good value for an OEM part from Amazon and it came right to my door in two days (quicker if needed). Note for some applications: your OEM pulley may come with a keeper washer that holds the bolt in place. This old keeper washer can be pulled off with pliers and discarded. It must have been some assembly aid when your rig came off the assembly line and it not essential for function - pull it off and throw it away if you find one in your case. For my 1999 Chevy S10, torque was 35 to 37 foot pounds. The Amazon 'fit guide' has been very reliable in my experience.
