The only thing about the hair that I received that I like is that it is soft. THIS HAIR IS NOT FULLY HUMAN EITHER. The cuticles if the hair are broken, and even after I washed it, how it was directed, this hair looks nappy. This also is not a true water wave it has too much of a curl, and gets really frizzy and nappy after wash. The hair sent is different from the closure sent and the closure is balding in some spots. This hair is not worth the money even when it's cheaper. I've had better quality hair that was synthetic. I will not purchase this hair or anything else from this company. Also it had lots of chemicals as it was a lot of brown stuff in the water when I washed it. I'm so disappointed. ... show more
