One of the challenges in maintaining window blinds is dusting given the smaller spaces and the relatively delicate nature of the blinds. In my use case, I don't have window blinds but I do have window shutters. This collection of dusting tools allowed me to quickly clean and dust off the shutter panels without having to worry about scratching the finish and paint. It took me no more than 1-2 passes for each shutter to get most of the dust off. As these are microfiber, these pick up the dust and other debris very easily (and can be washed in the washing machine). One thing that I would recommend (in order to extend the life of the microfibers, is to use free and clear detergent or a special detergent for microfibers as fabric softener and scents will clog up the fibers, thus decreasing its effectiveness. The tools are a thin lightweight plastic, nothing particularly special. I would have preferred a thicker and more durable plastic as it does make me worried that these will snap if too much force is applied. Overall, this is a good value item given the relatively lower price and reusable microfibers. I do recommend that the manufacturers use a more sturdier plastic or even better, use a lightweight metal frame for more durability.

I was sis pick of using a vacuum brush and then a wet soapy washcloth to clean my blinds, it was time consuming and messy. This kit works so well to dust and then even wipe them down! The handles fit ergonomically in my hands and I’ve even had bilateral wrist surgeries. The plastic is durable and seems like it will last years. It really does the job as advertised and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Great set at a good price!
