  • Excellent Controller
Color: Transparent Blue
This is a nice controller. The good: It feels solid, all the buttons are highly responsive, unnoticeable latency for gaming, and has mappable buttons with turbo. The bad: The joysticks are short and touchy (had to turn the aim sensitivity down in-game). The d-pad is too small, feels awkward reaching thumb from joystick to d-pad. Overall, the good outweighs the bad by a longshot. It just takes getting used to. If they ever make a Pro 3, a bigger d-pad and longer joysticks would be the only change necessary. Either way, for $50, it's a great controller and I would recommend it! ... show more

  • This is the one!
Color: Transparent Blue
I’ve tried a bunch of different controllers from switch pros and other models from this company this one by far absolutely feels the best and works amazing. I love it. I may buy a second as a spare.!! would totally buy again very well built the hall tech is an added plus!! Battery life is good if I had to complain I wish it had a dock like some of the other units they make, but it’s really not a dealbreaker to me ... show more

  • Multi Device Approved
Color: Transparent Blue
I bought this controller last year for both myself and my son to use with our computers for gaming. While he mainly uses it for modern PC games, I’ve mostly paired it with emulators to replay classics from my childhood—and it’s been a great experience on both ends. The controls are well-mapped to match their original systems and can be easily remapped within any emulator or game. The input response feels just as smooth and timely as it did on the original hardware, which is a huge plus for retro gaming. Bluetooth connectivity makes it super convenient to use from anywhere in the room, and you can charge it with any standard USB-C cable—no proprietary nonsense. The battery life has been solid so far too. I especially like the two rear paddle buttons, which you can customize based on your needs. I’ve personally used them to fine-tune responsiveness in certain games that require more precise inputs. And the retro transparent blue design? Total nostalgia. It’s a perfect throwback for anyone who grew up in the '90s when everything cool had that see-through plastic look. One of my favorite features is the switch on the back that lets you easily toggle between device types. It’s preprogrammed for different platforms, so switching between them is quick and effortless. Overall, this controller nails both form and function. Great for modern games, perfect for retro ones, and packed with thoughtful features. ... show more

  • Awesome Solid Controller
Color: Transparent Purple
AWESOME! Great Stuff These controllers are by far the best, all around. Very versatile, easy to connect and use. A 20 minute charge usually lasts me a few days of playing 3-4 hours.. I already own the grey and the black Pro 2's... although they were the older models with old analogue sticks.. this new model has Hall Effect analogue sticks which uses magnetic sensor for accuracy and reduce "stick drift" ... can't wait to try it... The only warning I have is don't let water or moisture get inside the controller. (common sense with any electronics) Anyway.. you should go with this one... ... show more

  • Great Controller
Color: Black
SWITCH COMPATABILITY ISSUES: This controller will NOT work with every switch game. Need For Speed Hot Pursuit recognized the controller just fine the first time I played it, but refuses to recognize this controller at all now, when I start the game using the controller it will shut it off and ask me to sync a new controller. Another game, Super Mario 3D All-Stars SM64 stopped recognizing the controller once, but that was a one off, it's been recognizing the controller ever since. Really strange and I'm sure it has more to do with nintendo being super gate keepy. Those are literally the only two games I've had issues with the controller in, and i've tested like 20 games. Definitely worth noting though. You will NOT be able to turn on your switch from this controller like you can with a switch pro controller. In my experience, this controller came out of the box with stick drift, but this isn't like any normal stick drift, with the hall effect sticks, it's like the stick can be drifting but can be set back to center manually by carefully moving the stick back. According to my switch stick calibration though, you can clearly see that both sticks are off center. Bear in mind this is such a slight drift that I never saw its effect in game, it's only visible when you get real nit picky with the calibration software. They tend to drift upward, and have some wiggle room of where they can "sit" so it's not like it's stuck at drift but you get the idea. Not a problem for me though because it has no effect in game. The "4 way bluetooth switch" function works really nicely. I don't like how you can't change the default button mapping, you can only add settings which you have to switch to every time you turn it on. The rumble function works great, motion sensing works great. Back buttons are nice and useable, I set them to RZLZ so I can switch back and forth. The buttons do feel really close together, the sticks are even closer together than playstation controllers, the worst is the select and start being behind the sticks so it's an awkward reach, but I quickly got used to it. The texture of the sticks is horrible in my opinion, but I just bought some grips that work fine. The sticks function feels nice and smooth, very little resistance which can take some getting used to. Overall, none of these issues were reason enough for me to drop it down to 4 stars, it really is an incredible on-the-go controller. The 8bitdo case I bought for this controller also fits my ps4 controllers and it really cool. Bottom line, it's a toss up between this and the ultimate controller from 8bitdo, I got this because of the 4 way bluetooth switch and do not regret. ... show more
