Better instructions would be helpful. Also include troubleshooting options- almost returned because it did not freeze Kirkland premade margarita mix. Spent some time on internet and discovered a tip to add water to mix- worked perfectly and cancelled my return!

I bought the Frostyne just a few days ago to try frozen coffee at home. Yesterday I made a chocolate iced coffee frappe and it was amazing. I mixed cold brew, milk and chocolate syrup, pressed Frappe, and waited about 20 minutes. It came out thick, creamy and super smooth, just like from a coffee shop. No ice, no mess, and the Rinse cycle cleaned it in under two minutes. Best frozen chocolate coffee I've ever made.
