So, for the most part I was pretty pleased with this costume. For the price and the fact that I didn't have to make any modifications to it. I am 5'7" 140lb, and I ordered the small/medium. It was a little on the snug/short/revealing side, but that was part of the goal. The top was VERY SMALL... I was able to wear the flesh colored "chicken cutlets" to help boost up the girls. But I was constantly adjusting, and they showed a little. The leg tie would not stay up at all, but I managed to get it on for the pic at least!

I'm 5'8, 140 pounds, wear a size 6 jeans and wear a 38D bra. Everything fits perfectly except the bra/top. I ordered a large but my boobs fall right out. I get it's supposed to be skimpy and sexy but my girls were out the sides, the bottom and a definite muffin top boob. The headdress is kinda cheesy. The horns are hollow plastic that's pretty thin. My horns had slivers of plastic from the molding but I just picked all of them off. The outfit is very pretty and I'm overall satisfied, just can't fit all of my boobs in it.
