The was gotten to make a dog leash and collar for German shepherd boxer mix. Collar is holding up amazingly about 2 ft long ina design...leash is about 6ft long braid and I still have a bunch left.

I use this to replace all of the lousy guy lines that come with expensive tents. At 750 lb, it's not going to shear or fray or loosen from its tensioner in the wind. Plus, the reflective ticking helps prevent tripping over it at night (kinda- you'll still need a headlamp or flashlight to see em!). Highly recommend.

Although my rope is fluorescent green, I consider it to be my Goldilocks rope, because it is just right for my needs! As the description says, it is strong, flexible, highly visible, and lightweight. But, another very important thing that is not in the description is the texture of the rope which makes it perfect for tying knots. I tried many other ropes of different sizes and materials, including other paracord ropes. Some were made of materials that were too slick and the knots would just fall apart; others would bind and stick. However, this Goldilocks rope is just right: hitches stay hitched and taut-line knots stay taut and adjustable, just like they should! Like all stranded ropes, the cut end will eventually fray unless you secure it; I found that the inexpensive SeaSense Rope Cutting gun works perfectly to instantly cut and secure this and other nylon ropes.

At 750# break strength it's why I keep 2- 50' lengths with me on BKPK trips. 1- 50' quick deploy ridge line, and one 50' skein for whatever may come. Its size is easier on the hands. I just stocked up on more to make collars and a net hammock.
