I got this for myself in a size 5, and it's genuinely stunning in person. The three-stone layout has a substantial elongated cushion-cut center flanked by two pear stones, and the sparkle is the first thing anyone notices. It throws that bright, fiery brilliance you want, and it reads completely convincing, so it looks like a real diamond ring rather than an obvious stand-in. The center stone has real wow factor. At that size it makes a statement on the hand without looking gaudy, and the pear side stones frame it beautifully so the whole thing catches the light from every angle. It's the kind of ring that gets a second glance. It also feels well made rather than costume-y. The sterling silver band is solid with a nice weight, the stones are set securely with no wobble, and it came with a certificate verifying the moissanite along with a nice presentation box, which added a lovely finished touch to the whole thing. On top of all that it's comfortable to wear. The smooth comfort-fit band sits nicely and my size 5 fit true to size, so I can keep it on all day without it digging in or spinning around. This 6 carat total weight 3 stone Cushion Cut Moissanite Ring in size 8 is set in 925 sterling silver plated with 14k white gold. This ring is impressive and makes a bold statement. The main cushion cut stone is 5 carats and measures 9x11mm (.35"x.43"). Each of the 2 side pear shaped stones are about 4 mm at the widest point and 1/2 carat each. The large stone is set with 4 prongs and each side stone is set with 3 prongs. All 3 stones are D color and VVS1 clarity which makes them clear and sparkly. The plating is 5X thicker than regular plating for a tougher, fade-resistant shine. It is hypoallergenic and the band is a highly polished comfort fit. The band is about 2.4mm wide.
