Well made product in every aspect. Works as designed. Totally satisfied. The product was well packaged with corner protectors and styrofoam protection for glass and frame. Illustration pictures are helpful, but you will have to do simple measurement calculations to determine height to hang wall brackets. Just install regular electrical receptacle behind glass away from controller box, plug in mirror and hang. That simple. Hallway Bath (24 X 36): Lighting is excellent in 10.5L X 5.5W x 9H room. In my case, front lighting is bright enough without having to turn on bathroom light. RGB back lighting adds ambiance. Lighting is well diffused. Defogger works as designed. Master Bath (55 X 36): Lighting is excellent in 15L X 8.5W x 20H room. Front lighting is bright enough without having to turn on bathroom light. RGB back lighting adds ambiance. The actual function of the mirror (anti fog and light) are great. The only reason I gave this item 4 stars is because using the push buttons on the mirror is a pain. They don't react to your touch the way they should which makes it very aggravating. That being said, price and appearance couldn't be better. ... show more

I had high expectations for the YEELAIT RGB LED Bathroom Mirror - its promise of versatile, dimmable lighting options coupled with the sleek, contemporary design made it seem like the perfect choice for my bathroom. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when the package arrived at my doorstep in a broken condition. Despite the mirror's advertised shatter-proof feature, it came shattered like a windshield which rendered it not only visually unappealing, but also potentially unsafe. This was incredibly disheartening, considering the mirror's impressive specifications like front light and RGB backlit, anti-fog memory, and IP54 waterproofing. The product was supposed to provide an aesthetically pleasing, convenient, and reliable solution for my bathroom needs. Instead, it added an unnecessary layer of inconvenience and disappointment. I've yet to experience its proclaimed awesomeness as I am left dealing with returns and customer service. While I understand that incidents like these might be isolated, it's vital that YEELAIT ensures their products are delivered to customers in the condition they were promised. I was eager to enjoy a modern bathroom experience with this mirror, but the reality fell short of my expectations. A 1-star rating feels sadly appropriate under the circumstances. Here's hoping that YEELAIT improves its packaging and delivery processes to avoid such unfortunate incidents in the future. The media could not be loaded. This just came today and my wife and I are enjoying it very much. It also came with a white glove (like a white glove unboxing huh lol), but it is overall very elegant look and great vibe feel. Just check the video. Oh, BTW... I ended up outting this in my room, and didn't use the hanging tools that came in the package. I actually did this due to the drywall I have not having a good secure spot for screws. So I opted for 3M Drywall hanging clips (2 of them) that would hold up to 45 lbs each (I wanted to be sure this thing would never fall), and it worked out great and was easier to install.
