I purchased this 6-pack of oversized beach towels primarily for use with my inflatable hot tub. I wanted larger towels to keep in the outdoor storage cabinet, especially for cooler evenings when getting out of the hot tub. At 72x40 inches, these towels are definitely generously sized. As a taller person (6'4"), I appreciate the extra coverage, and they are plenty large for everyone else as well. Functionally, these towels are very absorbent, which is exactly what I was looking for. While they aren't super plush, they effectively soak up water, unlike some softer towels that don't do the job as well. The thickness is about what I expected – not too thin, but also not a thick, luxurious terry. They feel comfortable enough against the skin; not scratchy, but also not exceptionally soft. Drying time seems reasonable. When hung over a patio chair overnight, they are dry by morning. In the dryer, they dry in a single cycle without producing an excessive amount of lint, which is a plus. I also didn't notice any color bleeding after washing them. Considering the price (under $10 per very large towel in a 6-pack), I think these offer excellent value. They are a basic, functional towel that gets the job done. As they are just standard towels, they are suitable for anyone – men, women, and kids. This product shows up as frequently returned and I'm not really sure why. If your expectation is that you're buying a 6 pack of large towels that are absorbent and not one of the crazy soft kinds that don't actually function properly, these are great.

I LOVE how big these towels are and orange is my favorite color so I was looking very much forward to these. However, they are kind of thin and don't dry very well like other towels do. They wash well in the washer, but I think they would function better as beach towels and not normal towels. Beach towels probably have less water to soak up and so these would work better with that than with showers or baths. I still will use them, but I would recommend looking for towels that are just as big but maybe are thicker or use a different material.

These are terrible towels. They don't absorb anything at all. Just push water away. Soft, colors are nice but they don't towel as they should. Size is great and they hold up well. We use them for cleaning up weird messes and now as a cushion in the dog crate so they get washed often. Just wish they actually absorbed water.

Huge beach towels when I say they are huge. I mean they are huge. Packing wise they take up a lot of room when traveling but they do their job. You can try off really quick. They have a great thickness about them. Very durable. Love the microfiber.
