This product is missing hardware, mounting brackets and electrical harness. Who can be contacted to obtain these item. The picture of the item clearly shows all this with the light bar. If it cannot be obtained I will be sending it back.

Comes with pretty much everything you need to wire these up to your vehicle. Mounted low enough they would work good in place of fog/driving lights. Mounted up high and would be great for off roading and ATV type use. As will any of these type of accessories I would recommend getting a fuse tap so you can use existing wiring harness controls from inside without too much modification. These do come with a hardware on/off switch so if you have an ATV or other off road vehicle it makes it easy to control these. I mounted these just on my FJ Cruiser when I replaced the bumper with a Demello Off-Road Front Bumper. These were quit easy to mount, seeing that there wasn't anything behind the bumper. These light bars are perfect for off-roading or used as reverse lights. You could also use them on a trailer. They come with everything needed for installation. They are very well made so they should last a very long time . They also put out a great deal of light for their small size.
