After using many different night drop envelope options over the last 23 years in business these are by far the best yet. This company has altered the normal forms to now include “Wheel Lock Yes/No” and an “Authorize repair up to this limit” with $250, $500, $1000, and $________ options. I've been running automotive repair shops for 25 years. So I'm fully aware of good quality night drop envelopes and cheap quality night drop envelopes. I found these night drop envelopes very high quality. Fairly similar to spending twice the amount for the same thing. I found one very, very cool exception and a unique feature to these particular envelopes that I really liked. They removed the spot where a VIN# goes. I always hated that spot myself. Poor customers are trying to find their VIN# either in the dark or out in the rain. I'd never use that VIN anyway. I have my technician gather that information. They replaced it with 3 options of an authorized dollar amount! So we'd have the ability to spend up to $250/$500/$1000 with no further phone call for authorization if necessary.
