I bought this to wear to Renaissance festival in Texas! It was perfect for a semi chilly day in November but not bad when it warmed up. I did end up taking the bracers off after a while because they didn’t move bend much and kept sliding off, plus it got hot. They probably just needed to be worn in more. The material was thin but not see through. I wore leggings underneath. I love the olive green color I got and the lighter tan/brown of the belt. Just a warning, the bracers are more of a true brown, so they browns don’t all necessarily match but it still looks good together. I loved it and it was very comfortable to wear and walk around in all day. I am 5’4” 195lbs and I got a size XL. It fit well without being too tight. The arms were a little long but not bad. The outfit size is a little baggy in the arms area but it’s not incredibly oversized to the point you can’t work with it. I think the baggy areas make the outfit look more natural. The hood is a huge but again, nothing you can’t work with. Very comfortable & the material feels nice. The accessories are well made! I wish the arm guard and belt color matched but that’s okay. Belt is way too long and it would have been nice if it came with an extra belt loop so it’ll stay in place. The little pocket pouch is held together with a snap button. I was worried it’ll come off during the event but it only came off twice and I noticed it each time. I advise to be careful with the snap pouch. It’s good for the price - was a bit bummed that the arm pads do not match the belt or pouch in color or style. The belt is also very long, understandably it’s the design, but standing up straight it reaches my ankles (I am 5’5”) so I am going to need to cut it Thr cloak is great, fits wonderfully, maybe wear some biker shorts under or other, and the sleeves too are long.
