These are the perfect sized bows for my daughter's hair. They come in a wonderful array of colors and there are 2 of each color so you can put one bow on each side. They are attached to a metal clip so they hold better, too. I suggest using caution with fragile hair when removing them, but honestly we have not had an issue. They are very well made so the bows themselves stay together and do not unravel, which is an issue I have had in the past with other manufacturers. These bows are not 4.5" they're only 3.75". I bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter who has fine hair. The quality is good, colors are great with a good variety to choose from. Most importantly she loves them & has to wear them everyday to pre-school!
