This winder is perfect. Great price and works well. Easy to program and it looks fantastic. The winding motors are very quiet. Several reviews said the pillows are too small for wrist size 7.5 inch or greater. This is true. I contacted company and they sent larger pillows free of charge and it fixed the problem. I highly recommend this product

It saddens me to write this review. I was expecting more from this winder. Sometimes you know that something may wrong when you purchase something online however this time, I was convinced that this was a good deal. I was expecting better quality for the high price tag I paid : ( The moment the package arrived I had a feeling something was wrong. The package looked cheap however I wanted to ignore it but as soon as I unpackaged the winder, I felt scammed :/ The winder looked new, but it looked cheap. The watch holders are plastic and one of the came broken. And not only that, but the winder does also not look quite like the one you see on the pictures. It looks low quality. I spent hours browsing online. Googling stuff, watching youtube videos, and reading reviews and thought I had chosen the right one but turns out I did not. The funny part of this is that I put in my watch, and it started rotating and I felt a relief but the I just stopped LOL. I just hope that others do not go through this. Because its funny at some point however the overall experience is not good at all. ---I’m returning mine!!! Given my experience, I would not recommend others to buy this winder : ( : ( : ( Look somewhere else and I really hope you get the right one.

No complaints. Exactly as advertised, all functions work just fine, really don’t need an instruction manual. At the same time, it would be incongruent if you’re keeping a 25K++ watch as alluded to in pics in it. Just like the finishing, design, light quality and all fine but def not evoking any design aesthetic or craftsmanship. Maybe in person, the others give off the same vibe. I got this one because it was among the cheaper with the certain specifications I wanted. And I got the exact product in pictures, it’s very quiet too, but seeing it irl, I kind of wish I spent 25 to 50 percent more just to get a slightly nicer one, should that be possible like as advertised. Also if don’t want any displaying use case from it, then it’s just fine for winding nice watches. A must if you have one don’t where daily. .

Purchased to replace a less expensive unit that lasted 5 years. This winder is a little more expensive but it is good quality and has more features. This unit allows you to select the turns per day and has a nice interior light. Rotation heads pause when you open the cabinet door.

I knew that I would be in for a pleasant surprise when my package arrived. It was very well packed, a good use of foam protection and the unit itself was sealed in a fabric bag with tie string top. After unpacking and inspection, I tested it with the enclosed AC adapter before settling on using two 'D' sized batteries. Programming was very fast and easy. I tested it using two of my Tag watched and the pillows fit the watches just fine. I did not notice any play or movement in either the larger or smaller watch. Since I needed to place it in a high location I found the remote control to be very useful. Time will tell and I will update my review if needed but as of now I am very pleased with the winder.

Sad for me to write this review. The product looks GREAT. Sturdy, nice wood, lighting is great, product seems solid. Unfortunately, after using it for less than 60 days, I found that one of those spinning wheels fell off. I place it back, but eventually it falls off again. The one that fell off (or came off the turning cog) was the one with two watches in it. The other one still is attached, but it only has one watch on it. I assume the spinning wheel cannot handle the weight of two watches. It's a shame, because it's otherwise a great looking box. The manufacturer wasn't returning calls, so Amazon stepped in and gave me a refund. I, like you, read a handful of reviews before buying and ignore the one review I remember reading that had the same problem i did. I chose to chalk it up to an outlier, since this product had a bunch of other great reviews. Oh well, back to shopping.
