These work great. Fit is tight but not constrictive. I use these for days when its chilly but warms up later in the run (e.g. morning long runs). Having sleeves that can be removed and stored easily is more versatile than a long sleeved shirt.

I tried these sleeves, fully prepared to return them if they were the same product with a different description. I am please with this purchase. The right sleeve was a little snug when I first put it on, I'm right handed so I expected that, but after a couple of hours it calmed. I purchased these because the apartment I live in has the vents in the ceiling and makes my arthritis act up when the cool air blows. They stay put so I'm happy about that. Arrived on time. Quality seems good. Having read the reviews ordered sizing that was maybe a bit bigger than I normally would have, and fit is perfect. The material was a little thinner than I’d hoped. Good for cool weather, but I’ll probably need something more for the really chilly days.

    • These were perfect on race day!

I purchased these because I was going to run a marathon that had a wind chill down to 20F at the start of the race. I wanted my race day attire to be flexible where I could easily shed layers as I warmed up but also be able to wear it the entire race if I decided to. I kept these on the entire race and they kept my arms warm like I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, but were not an extra layer that I was worried about having to ditch out on the course. The inside of the sleeves are very soft and comfortable. The one tip I would have for anyone planning to run longer runs in them is to apply Body Glide of something similar along your arms at the top of the sleeves. The chaffing will sneak up on you there as the sleeves rub against the side of your body.
