I recently ordered the DODIY Cuban Link Chain on Amazon, specifically the yellow gold 6mm in 20", and I have to say I’m extremely impressed with it. The shipping was fast, and my order was delivered the very next day, which was a great bonus. Right out of the box, this chain looks and feels great. I was honestly surprised once I unboxed it. It comes in a nice square blue jewelry-style box with a matching blue velvet-type interior, which gives it a very premium presentation. Comparing this chain to my authentic solid gold Miami Cuban link, this one actually holds its own visually. The pictures online really don’t do it justice. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed with most non-authentic pieces is that they tend to look more like standard curb chains because the links are loose and not tight enough. A true Miami Cuban link should have those tight, closely connected links, and this chain does a surprisingly good job of capturing that look. I’ve even been wearing it double-stacked with my older chain that I’ve had for years, and with the slight size difference in mm, they actually complement each other really well. I’ve also worn it in the shower, and it held up great without any issues so far. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with this chain. For the price, the look, and the quality, you really can’t go wrong. Not much to say about this chain. It arrived packaged in a small blue cardboard box. For some reason they wrapped the connector piece in plastic wrap and tape and it was almost impossible to get off. I ended up breaking the little circle connector. So immediately, I could tell this chain is not durable and I wouldn't recommend wearing when doing any kind of exercise...It will break. I got the medium-long length. Chain looks good and feels/fits fine arround the neck. Weight is fine and hangs well without any discomfort. The sheen is nice out of the box but will start to fade after only a few weeks of wear. Overall if you're looking for a cheap fair quality chain this is fine but I would not recommend for long term wear.

I bought this expecting cheap party store quality and honestly it exceeded expectations pretty hard. The finish looks nice, it sits well, and it actually has decent shine without looking cartoonishly fake. Is it real gold? Absolutely not. If someone tries to appraise this at a jewelry store they may call security. But visually? It absolutely delivers the exact amount of unnecessary confidence I was hoping for. I put it on and immediately started walking differently like I was about to release a mixtape nobody asked for. Great chain for the price.

The chain has a really nice weight to it, not too heavy but just enough to sit well around my neck. It feels substantial, durable. It has a nice look to it but there was a residue that I had to wipe off before using it. I'm not sure if that was oxidation or something else. This seems nice enough for daily wear. It has a dressy casual look to it and could be dressed up with a pendant. The clasp is a little difficult to catch. On one side there is a tiny little ring that moves around a lot and is hard to keep still in order to latch the clasp.
