These masks don’t provide any protection. They are almost made too big for a persons face, I’ve not had this issue before. When on it bunches up and one side hangs down farther which just should let everything in. You can see your mouth from the side from the huge gap. Too bad I opened them so now I’m out the money. These purple masks worked out great for their intended purpose. My daughter passed away and due to covid-19, we were not only limited to the amount of people at the service but, of course everyone needed to wear a mask. My daughter's favorite color was purple. We had everyone change their masks to these as they entered the chapel. Everyone was wearing these purple masks in honor of my daughter! It was one way to brighten up a difficult time. I work in an office in a hospital, and of course we are all required to wear masks when we're outside of the office (if you are reading this in the distant future, that is courtesy of Covid!). The office provided tacky, uncomfortable masks and as time wore on and mask prices dropped, I decided I needed a little bit of a fashion statement. Purple being my favorite color, I went searching on Amazon for something appropriate. These masks were a good price and better yet a good deep "royal" purple, not the pale lavender I'd seen others wearing. Since we'll likely be wearing these for eons to come, I am planning on buying more of this or other colors when I start to run low. I don't really have any complaints, other than after multiple days of wearing one, the metal nose piece finally broke loose, but I think it lasted longer than expected with the amount of use it got. The masks are reasonably comfortable, although truthfully any mask makes me uncomfortable, but these are certainly no worse than any others I've bought. ... show more
