I liked -- the ease of use, ergonomic shape, the ability to control the work, change the material types and speed, set your own temperature, and a large set. Disliked -- the power cord, because it is too hard, twists and is not too heat-resistant, the contact of the power cord does not plug into the device completely, the front part of the device could be more closed, because the heat insulation tape is visible. However, it is important to emphasize that the imperfections of the 3Doodler PRO+ do not affect the quality of the created items and minimally affect the ease of use.

There may be a warning somewhere in the listing that this will not work with. standard PLA, but if there is I did not see it. It makes sense that they would intentionally design the device to only work with their branded materials, because it is a cash cow. And people who drop a few hundred dollars on this are mostly going to suck it up and buy packs of overpriced filament. This is a scam, and it should be made very clear that this is NOT compatible with PLA unless it is 3Doodler branded. Very disappointed, and I will be purchasing a much cheaper 3D pen.

I bought this expecting to get a 3D printer pen that doesn't crap out every few months instead I got one that was utterly useless unless you used it with the thick bulky black and white filament it came with. Even with the built in filament it doesn't draw well.

I am pleased to say that there is a company with a great product that will do right by their customers. I can’t say that about most companies or people. But they helped me with my product when they were no longer under obligation to. I am grateful to them for this. The 3 doodler pro+ was worth every penny. Even better is what money can’t buy the customer service they have. They got back to me quickly answered all questions and left me feeling satisfied and happy. Thank you 3doodler you have the best costumer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I use my pen to make mask mostly . Like Halloween masks . It’s fun I use it quite often I’ve used it to decorate a lamp shade as well .

I was so excited to see that the price went down 40 bucks. I just had to try it, so I purchased this pro pen. No thank you! Slow, wouldn't heat the plastic enough to get through the tip, messy, clogged and I do way more than just a stick of filament at a time will stick to my white pen and my blue and no name pens.
