When it comes to chemical guys versus 3D car care I'm definitely a 3D loyalist, they are a more serious lineup that has general purpose fluids that come with necessary disclaimers if they will damage something. Now for the good, this is a very effective solution and I am thoroughly pleased with the job it did, I diluted it 1:40 which makes it half as strong as the weakest degreaser solution and it's still absolutely tore up the adhesive on my cars trim pieces making removal easy with the help of a plastic trim puller. I may have a lifetime supply or at least be good for a decade if I get into professional detailing. The solution lost its color and strength as I left it out in the sun for a little bit though, only a matter of days and now I need to top it up. I took the gallon inside and it loses a star unfortunately because I have to keep it there and I can't find a disclaimer on the bottle about that ... show more

This stuff worked great on a greasy engine. Spray it on and immediately see the grease coming off. I haven’t used it on anything else yet but very impressed so far.

I removed the entire intake from my 03 F150 XL 4.2L , soaked the intake parts in 3D Grand Blast, it really helped to loosen a lot of the grime so I could begin actually cleaning the intake ports with carb cleaner then alcohol. Did my upper and lower intake.
