Purchased this item primarily for the case (I wanted a nice small case to organize my bobbins and to keep them handy without taking a lot of space). At around $5.50 shipped the next day, I thought this would be a nice deal given it comes with 36 metal bobbins as well. Unfortunately, the case arrived broken with both hinges fractured off, making the case useless (see photos). Since the bobbins fit my machine, and due to the relatively low cost, I figured it was not worth the hassle of returning as the plastic seems to be quite brittle and I suspect that even if the replacement came intact, it would soon fracture with use anyway. I guess the old adage that you get what you pay for definitely applies here. At any rate, I ended up just using two layers of clear packaging tape to make a “hinge” and will use this jury rigged case until something else breaks on it.
