This is a nice makeup set because it's mostly neutral colors, but obviously it still depends on your skin tone if everything will work for you or not. I received: 2 gel nail polish bottles - 1 in white, 1 in a reddish brown. They work okay. A makeup blender sponge - normal generic works fine 20 assorted makeup brushes, 3 of which are double sided - they caused no irritation and are soft An eyebrow pencil - I can't get this to look natural and the color is a greyish dark brown which doesn't work for me. A contour stick - I'm an ivory (or close to) color in foundations, the highlight end works fine for me, the dark end doesn't. But it is creamy and blendable. A black eyeliner - a steady hand and this applies easily with a felt/brush like tip 4 liquid lipsticks - assorted colors, they smell nice A foundation - I pumped this like 30 times before it came out. I almost gave up, but eventually it worked. The color matched my ivory skin pretty much perfectly, blended easily, and had a medium coverage. Eyeshadow palette - these are all nice neutral colors. There are 8 matte colors, and 8 glitter colors, they all seem like they would work well together. 32 total pieces because mine did not contain a mascara sadly. So overall, this is a nice neutral set, but the foundation will only work for light skin tones. ... show more

Mascara was not able to be used there was no way u could put it on the brush was bad and could not use it at all. Was a Christmas gift unhappy Unhappy very disappointed

This is a nice make up, set the colors go on easily and look nice. I think this would be great for traveling as you have everything that you need in here as well as someone that is new to make up like a teen or young adult. This would make a really nice gift.
