I was looking at flooring for my balcony. I wanted a wood look and was researching Teak and Acacia wood floor tiles. But then I saw the every 4 months maintenance required to keep teak wood looking nice involved sanding and oiling. I knew that I would not have that kind of time to devote to my balcony flooring. So I went ahead and ordered this plastic wood flooring to compare the two. This plastic coffee color flooring is beautiful. It has a rich color and looks great on the balcony. I got 2 of these and found 4 tiles in 1 package were already broken and the 2nd package had 3 broken tiles. 3 more broke during assembly.

Typical China product. Cheap! I installed these about a month ago. Got a little rain 2 days after install and every rain drop was visible. Not just for a day or 2, the wet stains stay. looks dirty. I've washed them with buckets of water, they look a little better. They always look dirty. Will they last? I doubt it. Are they worth the cost, the time it take to prep the ground and install.
