I recently started working out and bought this women’s workout set, and I’m honestly really happy with it. As a beginner, I wanted something comfortable, flattering, and not intimidating—and this set checks all those boxes. The material is super soft but still has a nice stretch to it, so it moves with you without feeling too tight or restrictive. I also appreciate that it’s not see-through, which was one of my biggest concerns when buying workout clothes online. The fit is really flattering and makes me feel more confident, even on days when I don’t feel super motivated. I’ve worn it for walking, light workouts, and even just around the house, and it holds up well. It stays in place, doesn’t roll down or ride up, and is breathable enough that I don’t feel overheated. I’m 214lb 5’2 and I got the size XXL. It is very comfortable, the fabric feels soft and easy to move/stretch in. My preferred type of workout is cardio, treadmill, dancing, etc. so I can’t personally speak on how it will do with weights/yoga but for what I do it stays in place and is comfortable. The leggings do go past my ankles so I have to pull them up but I’m short so I expect that lol. I washed it in the washer on cold water, let it air dry and it stayed soft and retained color. It looks exactly as pictured. The only thing I don’t like is the padding in the top so I’ll probably be taking the padding out but that’s a personal thing. It does have that butt ruching that accentuates it, wasn’t a selling point for me as I’m personally trying to make my butt a little less lol but it doesn’t make it uncomfortable or anything. So if that is something you are looking for it does have that. I will definitely be buying it in more colors, I wish they had a wine or burgundy tie-dye set, a dark purple as well. Please add those colors! I will be buying both of them if so. Edit: forgot to add I’m a bra size H and the top fits, it does not support anything which was to be expected lol but I don’t feel like I’m going to flash anyone. I always wear a sports bra under my tops anyways due to my size but it fits fine.

OMG I love, love, LOVE this SALSPOR 3-piece workout set! The fit is absolutely adorable and super flattering. It really hides imperfections and has great tummy control, which made me feel confident at the gym. Best part, when you squat or bend, it’s NOT see-through at all. The fabric feels supportive, stretchy, and high quality. This set stays in place and looks amazing while working out. Highly recommend if you want a cute, comfortable, and confidence-boosting gym fit!

Pros: Very stretchy and moisture wicking. I am a plus size 18/20 hourglass with a tummy and the XXL fit me fine. Top and bottom. The color is good and the quality is good but I got it for lounging, and for light home workouts. Compression is good. The waistbands stay put on the shorts and the leggings. I don't find this color to be see through. Cons: Came with a chemical smell. The bra isn't super supportive for a large chest, but my 38K boobs weren't falling out. The booty scrunch I could do without. It feels like the bottoms will rip at the scrunch. The shorts do roll at the leg, but that happens to me with all shorts. Overall, the value is worth it. I have ordered another set and I intend to get several others assuming the sets don't fall apart too quickly. Update: I have about 7 of these sets and some things to note: the washed black is NOT black, its a dark ash grey. The tie die sets are the most stretchy, the solid sets are the second most stretchy and the washed sets are the least stretchy but they all fit me at the XXL size. The brighter the color and the more stretchy, the more likely it is to be less opaque. My husband says none of these are see through via me bending over or squatting, but the lightest color I have is the washed green. I may get one or two of the bright colors (orange or pink) and see how they look. Still worth the cost overall.

I love this product so much I bought a second pair. Originally, when I first purchased this set it took almost two months for them to deliver it which I was surprised. But it was well worth the wait! I’m 5’1” weight 145lbs and the medium fits perfect for me It gives me such a nice physique and I got a lot of compliments on it. I wish I could post a photo but I think this is the best set on Amazon so far. I’ve bought others that are either too thin or doesn’t make me feel good, doesn’t lift the booty much, etc. This is a perfect combo of enough thickness and curvy plus breathable and great looking! Kudos to them for making it Amazon prime quick delivery now versus almost two months!

Love! I saw this set was on sale and jumped on it - and I'm glad I did! The color is as pictured and didn't fade or shrink in the washer and dryer. I ordered a medium and it has a lot of stretch but stays fully squat proof (not see-through at all). I'm usually between a medium and large (5'2, 175 lbs, 36c, 33in waist, 45in hip) and thr medium fits very comfortably. Because I'm on the shorter side the leggings come up pretty high and there's little room between the sports bra and leggings, but thats fine with me. The leggings have a some compression and shaping, but they don't snatch you. Easy to move in, comfortable and cute. 100% recommend this set!

So I'll only wear these in the house but not too the gym. The leggings are okay but they kinda doing the same thing as the shorts. The bra fits me perfectly! But overall not too bad.
