  • Under Desk Treadmill for Home,Walking pad with Handle Bar
I am thrilled with this thing! I work from home, and while I make it a point to get away from my desk to make a lap around the house as often as I can, I know I could be moving more. Enter this awesome, compact, treadmill! I walked a mile during an all EE meeting one day, another mile during a town hall the next... I feel so good! I don't have it under my desk (I don't actually have a standing desk) and I think in order to use it with a standing desk you'd have to use it without the handlebars attached and with the top support folded down, if that's even possible. So I don't know that this is really an "under desk" model, so order with caution if that's what you're looking to use it for. It is, however, a really great mini treadmill with a surprising number of features that is perfect in my home office and would work in most any small space. The treadmill was incredibly easy for me to set up by myself and I had it up and running in no time. I love that it has handlebars for stability, the safety clip, and the tablet/phone holder. Everything is controlled by a remote that has a little storage spot up by the tablet holder. The display down on the walking pad shows the incline (which I was impressed that you can adjust!), elapsed time, estimated steps, distance, and speed. I'd say the noise level while it is running is medium, and if I was on a call that I had to actually talk on I would probably not be on this treadmill, but with my wireless headset I have no issues hearing the calls that I just have to listen in on. It also has a vibrating feature where you stand with your feet perpendicular on the belt and it shakes you back and forth? I don't know if this is supposed to be a massaging kind of thing, or it's to work on your stability muscles, or maybe some "shaking the fat away" nonsense, but it sure felt weird and completely caught me off guard when I turned it on for the first time. I did not love it and will probably stick to just walking on this thing, but if you want to get all shook up and you understand the point and benefit to this feature, then you're in luck! This treadmill vibrates at multiple intensities for up to 10 minutes. Overall, this is a great little piece of equipment that I truly recommend if you don't have the space for a full size treadmill. With the handlebars taken off it'll easily slide under most beds, so it's a breeze to get out of the way when needed. It is much more than just a walking pad, and I think it's a great value. ... show more

  • Does the job and then tucks away easy
I’ve been using this walking mat treadmill for a couple of weeks now, doing 30 minutes a day, and it works great. For the price, it’s an excellent value compared to some of the pricier ones out there. Since it only weighs 22 pounds and is really thin, it’s super easy to slide under my bed when I’m done so it stays out of the way. The motor is also really quiet, so I can walk at a good pace while watching TV or taking a call without any annoying background noise. The walking belt feels nice and solid, and the remote control makes it easy to speed up or check my time and steps on the screen without having to stop. A really neat bonus is the built-in vibration setting. I like to turn it on for a few minutes after my half-hour walk to help relax my legs so they don't get sore. Overall, it’s just a simple, well-made machine that does exactly what I need it to do. It's not the most expensive or most featured treadmill out there but I didn't want to invest $1,500 in a treadmill when I'm only basically trying to get my walking in. This definitely suits my needs for what it does how easy it is to put away and how well made it is. I would definitely recommend it as an excellent value. ... show more

  • Decent walking pad.
I have a Nordic track, but it is so large I keep it in the garage, which gets extremely hot in the summertime. So, I was excited to try a more compact treadmill. Pros: •Has three different modes, and can be set to speeds .2-3.8 mph. •Not too heavy and easy to move around the house. •fits nicely under my desk. •Has a stability bar, which is useful for people who have poor balance. •It makes noise, but it is fairly quiet. •Like that it has an including remote, that csn be used to start and stop it easily Cons: •The vibration mode is strange, It supposedly relaxes the muscles, but I did not enjoy it. •The belt is a bit wobbly while you walk, so requires a bit of focus while walking to stay stable. Overall, a nice walking pad and works great for summertime use. I like how affordable it is. ... show more

  • Great Way to Stay Active While Working from Home
I’ve been really happy with this under-desk treadmill. It was easy to set up, and the handlebar provides extra stability and confidence, especially when walking at faster speeds. It's compact enough to fit in my home office without taking up too much space, but still feels sturdy and well-built. I use it while working, watching TV, or catching up on emails, and it's helped me get more steps in throughout the day without having to carve out extra time for exercise. The walking surface is comfortable, and the motor runs surprisingly quietly, so it doesn't interfere with calls or meetings. The controls are simple to use, and I appreciate being able to adjust the speed easily. It's a great option for anyone who spends long hours sitting and wants an easy way to stay active. Overall, this walking pad has been a worthwhile investment and has made it much easier to incorporate movement into my daily routine. ... show more

  • Lots of features in a small, affordable package. Lots of features in a small, affordable package.
This little treadmill packs in a lot of features, including 4 vibration modes, incline, speeds up to 7.5mph, a safety strap, app integration including heart monitors, and it even supports Apple Health integration via the app. Setup is very quick - 4 hand screws to lock the handrail in place, and a couple of Philips screws to secure the phone/tablet holder in place. It comes with deck lubrication oil which you are supposed to apply every 600 hours of use. There is a QR code for a setup video, but because it’s a new product the video wasn’t available when I set mine up. The manual includes instructions for assembly, operation, lubrication, and for adjusting the belt tension and alignment. It also comes with a tool for adjustments. The unit is light for a treadmill. But it does weigh over 30 pounds and it’s a little awkward to move around. Everything can fold flat to about 3” - so it can be easily be stored under something or against a wall. Unfortunately I didn’t find a way to lock the handrail into the down position, so be careful moving it as it’s a pinch point. Also, keep in mind that this is a light duty treadmill, the handrails are fine for stability, but are specifically not strong enough for dips or to incorporate as a dynamic part of a workout. It sits confidently on a wood floor with good contact using the rubber pads underneath. There is no underside safety rail along the back edge, so you must ensure kids or pets don’t go near the back while it’s running. The display is a set of LEDs on the base that are bright and easy to read. All of the functions (vibration mode, steps, speed, incline, timer) are displayed here for manual mode when using the remote. If you install the SPX Fitness app there is additional information displayed in-app, and it can be used to run more complex workouts with intervals, changing incline, and cooldown. The app is “okay.” It has some of the features you find on more expensive fitness equipment, but the content is fairly limited. It does integrate with BT heart rate monitors and records your stats to Apple Health. Still, for the price, it’s really nice to have more than just the basic controls available on the remote. Multiple users can install the app and keep their own profiles since it connects to the treadmill only during use. No stats are kept on the treadmill itself - all of that is done inside the app. Vibration is an interesting addition to a treadmill. There are numerous seated, standing and even sitting exercises you can use it for. There are 4 intensity levels. You are limited to 10 minutes at a time in vibration mode, and there is a cooldown period needed before you can restart it. The treadmill belt is surprisingly quiet, especially at low speeds. The fan, which runs when needed, is louder than the belt. The incline motor is the noisiest part - you’ll definitely hear it while it’s adjusting. Any time the treadmill is powered, a small controller fan also runs. I would recommend flipping the physical power switch to “off” when it’s not in use. I wouldn’t exactly term this an under-desk model, although you can fold down the handles and use it that way. For the price, this is a fantastic small footprint treadmill with a lot of great features. I’m very happy with mine, and I think you’ll be happy with the quality and features, especially for the price. ... show more

  • Misleading information
Color: black with red
The app support is misleading. The app doesn't even appear when you search for the brand name. I only found it by taking a screenshot of the product, which redirected me to a completely different brand. Even after installing it, the app won't open. If you're buying this walking pad because of the advertised app support, don't. It simply doesn't work. ... show more

  • Solid walking pad, but wish the arms were removable Solid walking pad, but wish the arms were removable
Overall this is a pretty good walking pad, especially if you want something compact for home use. It feels more solid than I expected and has some weight to it, which is good for stability, but also makes it kind of annoying to move from room to room. Setup was simple and it works well for walking while watching TV or using a standing desk. The motor is not too loud and the belt feels smooth enough for daily walking. I also like having the safety clip and handle bar option if someone wants extra support. My main complaint is that the arms/handle area are not really removable. Since I mostly use this as a walking pad under a desk, I wish it could convert more cleanly into a flat under-desk setup. It still works, but it would be more convenient if the arms came off or folded completely out of the way. Other than that, the quality feels pretty good for the size and price. Just know that it is a little hefty and not something I would want to constantly move around. ... show more

  • Solid walking pad
This under desk treadmill offers a practical and affordable way to add more movement throughout the day without sacrificing much floor space. One of its biggest advantages is how easy it is to get started. There is very little assembly required, and it can be up and running within minutes of opening the box. The treadmill includes adjustable speed settings and several operating modes that allow you to tailor the experience to your needs. There is also a unique lateral movement feature that creates a different walking pattern than a traditional treadmill. While it may not be something everyone uses regularly, it adds an interesting option for those looking to vary their routine. For a compact unit, the performance is respectable. The motor runs smoothly, and the overall noise level is lower than expected. Although it is not completely silent, it is quiet enough for use while working, watching television, or exercising in shared living spaces. As expected from a budget-focused model, the build quality is fairly basic. It lacks the robust feel and advanced features of more expensive treadmills, but it remains stable during use and handles everyday walking workouts without issue. Overall, this walking pad provides solid functionality at an accessible price. It may not compete with premium fitness equipment, but it succeeds as a compact, easy-to-use treadmill for daily walking and light cardio exercise. ... show more
