There are several thoughtful elements to the design of this chair. The rounded edges, the padded straps, and the adjustable tray all contribute to this being user-friendly. I don't love that the chair itself doesn't fold up. This would certainly help it be more adaptable to smaller spaces.

    • The Nicest, Classiest Looking Highchair I've Ever Had

I had my babies in the late 90's so this highchair is for my grands. Things I remember about my daughter and son's highchairs were the gaudy, busy prints, the outer material always cracked revealing yellow foam underneath. This is like a highchair for the modern age and look but excellent, sturdy quality. It's got a farmhouse look with mid century modern lines that I love. The wooden legs are spaced far enough apart for good stability and there's even a brace across the legs for additional stability. The child's chair is a really attractive looking piece on it's own. The highchair looks luxe. We are currently using this on the lower to the ground setting with an 18 month old. The five point harness works great for squirmy babies. It's similar to her car seat harness. The beautiful, plush, grey insert reminded me of the inside of a luxury car the first time I saw it. The padding is excellent and the design is simple and classic. The tray is easy to get on and off after you've used it a few times. Everything is easy to clean. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took around a half hour. It looks great in our dining room. I think this chair is a great value for the money because it literally grows along with your child from baby to sitting in their own chair. I'm really impressed with this highchair. Instructions were fairly straightforward and didn’t take long to put the chair together. I love the modern and simple look of this chair but do know it does have its limitations which you can see from the product listing. It will not recline or fold away but we use the chair everyday and the lack of reclining isn’t an issue since we don’t need that feature. The chair looks comfortable and the seat is made of a pleather that’s easy to wipe down. The legs don’t stick out too far compared to another chair we’ve owned with our first child (from ikea). The straps ARE removable but you’ll need to take out the screws in order to get them out (but my old chair was even harder to get the straps off since they were inside the shell of the seat, so to me this chair is better in that regard). Color is true to what you see in the product listing. I love the shade of pink! Would be even prettier if the plastic part of the chair was a cream or white instead of grey, but it still looks aesthetically pleasing. So far we’ve been very happy with this chair and our baby seems to like it too! ... show more

A great value and so cute. Nice to use at different heights and also when it can just be a special chair without the straps. Could be slightly more stable but won't collapse or anything.

This 3-in-1 Baby High Chair was fairly easy to put together with good instructions. It also included all the parts plus the tools you need. Be sure to leave the legs slightly loose as you will need to adjust them when installing the footrest and the metal X frame. The legs are marked with stickers so that you get the correct pieces put together. I didn’t pay much attention to them when adding the frame so the stickers do show on the front of the high chair. As my grandchild is old enough to sit up and not need the shoulder straps, I tried to remove them. I wanted to pull them through the seat padding but they are too big to go through the slot. I just laid them over the back of the chair. I later read that I can remove them by removing the screws, so I will try that. The high chair comes with a hard plastic crotch post that you can install but there is already a soft one on the chair so I did not install the hard one. The tray latches on to some bumps on the sides of the seat. This is where I had problems. I had them latched but then realized they needed to be closer to my grandchild so I moved it. As we were finishing up, my grandchild pushed on the tray and it came loose on one side. I tried latching it again but it didn’t stay because I couldn’t see if the bumps were lined up with the holes. Later, I experimented with it and found that I will have to be sure to look and make sure the bumps are lined up with the holes. The product page also says there are only 3 levels for the tray so it needs to be lined up with at least 2 of the bumps. I really like the comfort of the seat and that it can be easily wiped down and the tray can be washed in the dishwasher. Since I don’t use the high chair every day, it’s nice to be able to clean it and then put it in a closet. Another advantage is that one level of the legs can be removed so that the high chair becomes a child size chair! Just be sure to save the four scratch guard leg pieces for when you convert the chair. ... show more
