The customer service and communication from the seller was terrible. The seller was not helpful at all. He referred me to check delivery at my PO Box even though we do not have one. Only after Amazon said I can claim a refund did the ring show up. It looks pretty but is without a certificate of authenticity, not what you would expect from an expensive ring. The seller then started sending me messages on whatsapp to pay him for the ring as Amazon refunded me my money. The whole transaction was such a disaster. I would not recommend buying from them.
