First off, I’ve heard lots of great things about these leggings. I have lipodema and they come highly recommended. I’m 5’3, 110 lbs and a 24in waist. I ordered a small because my thighs are slightly larger for my frames. Like some other reviewers said, these pants are horribly tight at the ankle. I could barely get them on and when I did it wanted to cut off my circulation. The tough area seemed too loose to provide any compression. For the price, they definitely didn’t have a quality feel to them. So disappointed but I also ordered some CompressionZ pants and those are a keeper!

They are light weight and, when not worn, they look waterproof as you wash them, because the stitches are so tightly woven that water doesn't penetrate the fibers easily, but when worn, they absorb the sweat. There is a rear pocket embedded in the 3" wide waist big enough for keys and credit cards or a 3 by 6 cell phone. The other pocket is on the left side waistband and it's slightly smaller. Check the women's size chart to better request your size without size issues, they are supposed to fit snug, but not too much that you will sweat just to wear them. I didn't feel the seam on the calf to be the best place for it, other than that, they fit tightly around to my legs.

I'm 5'1, 125 lbs, athletic and ordered a medium. I've owned older 2xu compression in size small in the past, but have "outgrown" them since my college sport days. Based on my experience with the brand online size charts, I settled on a medium. I don't know how any normal shaped person has not returned these. They are tight in the calf (as I would expect for compression pants), then less tight in the thighs, then the waist band is gaping. I have thicker thighs and normal sized waist, something is wrong with the design of this sytel. I would not have expected compression pants to ever fit loosely, and sizing down to a small won't make a gaping waist "more compressive" without strangling my calves. These go back immediately. Side note: 2xu as a brand does not have a call center set up. They never answer the phone, they don't have a system to put you on hold until a rep is available, and their phone tree for customer service takes you to someone's personal voicemail. Links on their site are constantly broken, and they refuse to do anything to retain or earn a customer. For "high performance" athletic wear and the prices they charge, I expect more professionalism out of this company. I would recommend spending your money on CW-X if you can; better compression and better service for similar prices. If you have to order 2xu, make sure you order through a company with better business practices like Amazon vs directly through their site.

I have a lot of exercise leggings, and these are my newest favorite, pushing some other pairs off the top. I like that there is a back pocket for a cell phone and a hole for the headphones cord to come out. It's great to leave your belt pouch at home and just tuck your phone in the pocket. They have good compression are thicker fabric. They don't leave visible sweat marks, like some leggings do. They are a little longer, which is great. They fit US size 4 & 6 perfectly. They also look great with the star accent on the leg. LOVE them and I ordered a second high rise pair immediately after getting these, because I like them so much. Highly recommended.

These compression pants are great for intense workouts. I felt comfortable throughout my entire 1.5 weight lifting and cardio session. The mid-rise is more of a high rise on me but they don’t come up too high (still above the belly button) but its not uncomfortable. During my workout, I didn’t find myself needing to adjust any part of the pant which was comforting, it meant I could focus on the movement instead of my shifting leggings. Normally I wear a size small but ordered a medium due to the compression and I’m glad I did. Any smaller and I think it would have been too tight for comfort.

I love these pants for running. They are super comfortable and don't ride up or shift down through out my workout. I also wore them under my shorts/socks to play soccer on a colder day and they gave a nice layer of warmth without feeling overly bulky. The compression seems effective. As with any other compression shorts/pants I have warn I always have less tightness in my hamstrings after a run. The little slide in pockets in front and rear are useful to hold keys or a smaller phone (think iphone 8, not Plus). The rear pocket also has a nice little reinforced hole to allow for a headphone wire. I've always appreciated this in the rear as it keeps the wire out of your way when running
