I added these to a neo chair and they work great. They are made of a very firm foam that forms to any shape pushed into it after a short time. very ergonomic and you can secure them then cut off the excess velcro.

As someone who unconsciously leans very badly on my elbow at my desk this has both saved my arm and the chair arm. I was actually causing the chair arm to crack. These are thick and comfy and even tho I still lean, I'm comfortable doing so and the chair is also protected. Very happy with this purchase!

they install easily, are very comfy and stable. great quality arm rests as well. i was able to fix a chair that had arms that didn’t function well, and i used these, and now my chair functions better than ever.
