I took a chance on these two front hood struts after being quoted 28.99 for each one in an auto parts store. These were 20 bucks for two! Delivered in 2 days and just as expected, they worked fine, easy to install with a thin flathead screwdriver used to pry off the previous 15 years old ones. They came with decent instructions. Normally I would have a shop install this but I am so glad I did not. I easily saved over 100 bucks using these and doing it myself in 5 minutes. Simple removal and replacement, only need a small screw driver to open the tab to remove old shocks. Fits perfectly and is an exact copy of OEM shock on my 2006 Acura MDX.

Easy to install with two people, use a small flathead screwdriver to pop pin then pull strut. Snap the new one in and boom shes holding our heavy hood!!! Great fit for my 2005 MDX. I highly recommend them, oh great price also.
