Was stumped with previous parts I ordered for a custom top hat project I wanted to do. Long story short, I needed to pursue a different avenue if I wanted a radial bearing for my coilover setup. After much research, decided to use the 6006 bearing as it has slightly better axial load than the 6204 bearing that other coilover brands use. And the 2RS version because I wanted seals to protect it from the elements that a road car sees daily. Decided to get the Timken version as they are great value and Timken is known to be one of the good brands out there. So far, everything has been great. Steering is light and smooth now compared to just having the top pillow ball do all the rotating. It has withstood some pretty harsh axial loads from autox so far so they are as strong as it should be. ... show more

I've never been disappointed with Timken bearings, and these are no exception. These replaced another brand with urethane seals as opposed to the rubber. Time will tell whether the seal holds up as well. The bearings were installed on wood lathe where they are exposed to a shaft running 3500 rpm for extended periods. The lathe head is running noticeably cooler. The lathe does have a low level noise now that wasn't there before, but only noticeable below 1000 rpm. ... show more

This double pack is a perfect fit & match for the Top & Bottom drive bearing on a ((( Whirlpool LCR5232HQ1 Compact Top Load Washer ))) The factory schematics don't even show the part number for the bearings. I took my washer apart and cleaned the rust off the old bearings and found the part number, ordered these & they are a Perfect Fit. The washer sounded like a jet engine during the spin cycle and now with these new Timken bearings I cant even tell its running! These Bearings feel very solid with no slop. They are buttery smooth when you spin them with no noise. ... show more

bought as a replacement to a burned out bearing in a rotary orbital machine, even though i broke the screw and then redrilled off center this bearing has keep up with the offbalance assembly for a few months now , and have a extra for the future ( also have a second machine so the 2 pack is a great option) ... show more
