I can tell the sterling silver is real because it hasn’t made me itchy or discolored due to fake jewelry. I ordered the same chain from a different company and they sent me the wrong size. I can say this brand has good quality control because it was such a hassle to return the other one. So far it looks nice— especially if I’m using a pendant on the chain. It’s really good for the price. **Update** It made my neckline itchy so I had to take it off. There was also discoloration in my skin. I guess my body can’t handle stainless steel.
