The harp comes with everything promised, (harp, case, tuner, extra strings) and matches the picture. However, there are definitely blemishes in the wood and as you can see, part of the case is ripped. The case does have handles, zips, and is padded and is otherwise nice. There is no doubt that this is a beautiful, lovely instrument and I look forward to playing it, but it definitely has some light-moderate wear. ... show more

I'm so disappointed with this purchase. First it took like 3 months to get to me, now I have discovered that the harp has termites in the wood.

Christmas present for my wife. Looks good. I wish it had detailed and basic instructions on how to tune it and how to identify the strings. Perhaps there could have been a link to a free tuning app included

    • Quality is a problem
This is an attractive, inferior instrument. The sound board is made out of what looks like 3/4 inch plywood and that prevents the harp from resonating. You would be better off buy a used instrument with higher quality. Don’t buy this harp before you confer with your teacher.
