This is a nice rotating platter for displaying items at various speeds. The remote comes packed with features to program various speeds and it also gives you the ability to pause the rotation at various degrees. The motion of the rotation is smooth. I was afraid that for a platter that costs under $100 that it would stutter or jerk while rotating but everything I’ve tried on it from light to heavier items sits very still and rotates smoothly. It is a bit noisy, and depending on the speed you’re using, the motor will be louder at times than others. For me this is a non issue since I’m replacing the audio on the clips that I’m recording with background music. I also like that the power block that’s included is also a nice quality one, with a thick cord and not one of those cheap ones that have a shoestring-like cord.

I love this thing and use it every day. I take pictures of items that I sell and now I don't have to take as many pictures. It is starting to make a noise so I'm not so sure how long it will last.

The look of this was perfect for a project I was working on! I love the different turning option but I have found that is doesn’t turn that smoothly when it is put in reverse. I have been experiencing a lot of jumpiness so it might not be quite as durable as advertised. Love the size, color and weight capacity if this!
