First, I purchased a Large size because I’m 5 months pregnant and I have a wedding next month but I had to returned because it was too big on me. Then, I bought size Medium but still looks weird on me as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately is not the fit i was looking for so I’m returning it.

This dress is SO. GOOD. The material is thick & so soft, not see through at all. I was surprised on how heavy it was, but in a good way. This material is not flimsy at all! It is true to size, I am about 5’4 & 130lbs with smaller bust/larger hips & ordered a size small; it fit great, was not too tight. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT SAY DOUBLE SIDED SKIN/FABRIC TAPE IS ESSENTIAL. Go ahead & add it to the cart with the dress so you don’t flash your yiddies to the whole crowd. Other than that, dress is great & fits wonderfully!

I HAD SUCH HIGH HOPES FOR THIS DRESS, BECAUSE I SAW IT ON A NOTHER GIRL THAT'S ALSO MIDSIZE LIKE ME. THE DRESS LOOKED SO PROMISSING AND BEAUTIFUL ON HER. HOWEVER, ON ME FOR SOME REASON LOOKED AWFUL IN MY OPINION. I SIZED IT ACCORDING TO THE CHART AND IT SAID TO GO WITH A LARGE. BUT, WHEN I RECEIVED IT, YES IT FIT, BUT IT LOOKED ALL OVER THE PLACE. IT JUST HANGS ON ALL YOUR CURVES BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY. THE MATERIAL WAS VERY THICK WHICH OK BUT BECAUSE IT WAS SO THICK IT WAS HEAVIER THAT WHAT THE PICTURE MAKES IT OUT TO BE. AND THATS WHY IT JUST HANGS IN ALL THE WRONG PLACES. THE WORST PART FOR ME WAS THE NECKLINE. THE PICTURE AND DESCRIPTION DOESN'T SHOW HOW LOW THE BACK GOES. THIS WENT PAST MY BRAW STRAP IN THE BACK SO YOU REALLY CAN'T WEAR A BRAW YOU HAVE TO WEAR PASTIES OR SOME KING OF SPECIAL BRAW. AND THEN IF YOU TRY AND FIX IT TO LAY HIGHER ON THE BACK YOU'RE LEFT WITH SO MUCH MATERIAL ON THE CHEST PART THAT IT LOOKS REALLY WEARD. I HAD TO STITCH IT IN THE SHOLDERS TO TRY AND PICK UP THE MATERIAL FROM THE BACK SIDE AND NOT BRING ALL THAT MATERIAL TO THE FRONT JUST SO THAT I COULD WEAR IT WITH OUT FEELING SELF CONCIOUS OF THE BACK BEING TOO LOW. ALSO, THE FRONT TUMMY AREA HAS A BIT OF RUCHING SO THAT HELPS A BIT BUT THEN AT THE SAME TIME THE RUCHING MAKES THE DRESS LOOK LIKE ITS TWISTING ON YOUR MIDSECTION. OVERALL, IT DID GET ME THROUGH A WEDDING, BUT WOULDN'T RECOMEND TO BUY OR AT LEAST BUY BUT BE AWEAR THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO ETHER SIZE DOWN OR TRY IT ON AND BE PREPARED TO RETURN AND TRY AGAIN ORRRRR MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MAKE IT FIT PROPERLY.

Really not sure why this has a high return rate this dress is perfect. For the price, you get quality material, stunning shade range, and a really flattering cut (and I am not skinny). It's not at all light or see through it's a heavy, satin-like, soft fabric that is easy to steam and flows like butter. As for the cut, I actually like the lack of stitching in the neckline and cowl back because you can adjust the dipping in the front and the back to your liking. I got this in XL (I'm 5' 5" and 185 lbs), definitely wore shapewear under this because it's a reflective fabric, but I wanted to make it a bit more modest so I wore a square neckline tan top underneath it to cover most of my back and let my hair down which made it pretty much unnoticeable. I pinned the dress to my tank at the shoulders. You have to pin it or tape it at the shoulders so it doesn't slip off. The ruching in the waist is so flattering and I got a lot of compliments on the color (black girls get it!). Styled it with gold jewelry and gold heels. I also ordered it in emerald in case the brown one was "too orange" well I got the brown one first and it was. But it was like a deep bronze color and I fell in love with it. Emerald came later too after the party and it was very hard to return because it was stunning too. Overall, I can't recommend this dress enough.

Okay this dress is so nice. Love the look!!!! So so so flattering. Material feels quality and thick. The back of it is gorgeous!! I haven’t washed it yet. Planning to wear for my rehearsal dinner. I gave it 4 stars because the sleeves do fall off :( so gotta wear body tape to keep them up or else it will literally fall to my hips.
